You are sure to find delicious Indian dishes here. Very tasty and to be recommended. Keep it up.
We ordered 4 dishes + starter. 1 dish was as ordered. Two mild dishes were spicy and the very spicy dish was at most medium spicy and completely wrong with regard to the ingredients; instead of beef there was redfish + shrimp. The starter was wrong too. In terms of price, it was calculated as if you had ordered what had arrived. So more expensive than planned. Plus point: There was a side dish (hair) that we did not order, free of charge.
Traditional and delicious
Delicious.
Very bad
Very tasty Indian specialties and friendly staff. Always happy! ?
+ friendly + good food selection + delicious dishes & dips - Employee spent most of the time looking and talking on their smartphone or watching videos that we could hear clearly - No opportunity to sit on a 4-person table for 2 people on an empty Sunday evening
It was good food. Recommended for Desi. I think most dishes are preferred for 1 person. But it can be easily eaten by 2 persons easily.
We were really looking forward to Indian food. Unfortunately, the paneer was forgotten for the main course, i.e. the cheese, an important ingredient in this recipe according to the menu. When we pointed this out, a tiny bowl with very little fridge-cold unseasoned cheese was brought. I have never eaten so bad in an Indian restaurant.
Very good Indian restaurant. Everything Rico and very good service.
The food was really delicious. Crunchy vegetables. Service friendly. Stern deduction because of the uncomfortable seats.
Recommend
Very good cheap Indian restaurant (for lunch) We ate for 40 euros for 3 people with 2 dishes and 2 cheese nan for 2 people and 2 dishes for 1 person. +3 drinks. Very good food
We were really looking forward to Indian food, so we went there. Advertising looked good. The food was a disaster then, we didn't get it. The ordered, on request. Explained to us that there will be no more fruit and that is why we were given another meal. We also had to wait a long time, the food was partly cold, I never go there again.
I am satisfied with the food and service. It took a bit of a time for the food to come, but the food and its serving portion is worth the wait. Good way to quench your indian cuisine cravings in Dortmund.
It was just awesome. Staff very friendly, polite and personable. Comfortable seating. Super spicy food. I can simply recommend it. Portions are mega large. It was so delicious that we didn't want to leave anything behind and were over-saturated. ♡♡♡♡
Not bad
A very nice restaurant! The food is plentiful and tastes delicious! When I am in Dortmund, I always go in there. It is cheap and the service is very nice.
Now I've been here several times and it was always good. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Those who do not find the “Indian taste” here should first travel to India and learn that this subcontinent with more than a billion inhabitants does not know “the” Indian taste. Northern India, where the owners come from, can be recognized as well as their religion as Sikhs. An insider tip for Dortmund.
Have the restaurant discovered at some point during the lunch break and get me ever since something (vegetarian). I always enjoy it very much, the lunch menu is cheap and the portions are large. The staff is always very nice and you feel good :)
Excellent service. Delicious dishes. Great interior design.
Nice place for indian food, decent variety of indian cuisine.
Mango lassi was good. Other than that, we had the worst experience. Worst food, Worst biriyani!
Money minded!
So so...could be better
Great food
I tried it to challenge the alredy bad feedback by giving it a try,but I have to say that the food is absolutely disappointing. Biryani items were pathetic. Big no
Worst quality of food.. very bad service..
Very tasty food
Very poor food
The place was empty all in the evening and the food was quite medium quality.
Good service and friendly waiters... The food unfortunately is very average if not below
The restaurant was relatively empty, the atmosphere was nice and the waiters were friendly too. The food was ok, but not anymore. I do not know about Indian food yet, but I'm sure there's more to it in terms of taste. Overall, the prices for the offered are a bit too high.
Should have read reviews before visiting this restaurant.. very disappointed.. stale food.. please avoid eating paneer items and dhal. One star is only for mango lassi
If you are looking for authentic indian food please do not go here.
If you are looking for authentic Indian food, please avoid this restaurant.
Amazing service, fantastic food, generous portion size.
Small and cozy restaurant with friendly service ? We were satisfied and would recommend it ?
Great food and good service
The food was ok, unfortunately warmed up in the microwave - point deduction! The interior fits in with an Indian resturant.
Not recomonded, worst indian food. cook is not professional. no taste. no service.food quality very bad.
good for ppl starving for indian cusine. but little expensive
Taste is not good enough to name it as Taj Mahal
Totally bad experience, Cost of the buffet was told to be 8.5 euros on the phone but after going and having buffet he charged 15 euro...the waiter is very harsh
Classic Indian interior, food is tasty and kind waiters.
Indian Restuarant. I didn't like the lassi here, but everything else was classy and tasty.
Place is small and some dishes are good some are not. Staff was not really friendly
Good indian restaurant... Particularly north Indian style.
The waiter is arrogant. Never smile at indian customers. He cheated also. Portion is very small for what you pay. Its highway looting. Not worth going there.
Average food quality
